If your ABS light & the emergency (or parking brake) light are both on, 99% of the time, with your vehicle, that means that you need a new ABS module. It is mounted on a bracket right next to the brake master cylinder. If it truly did just come unplugged, your ABS & E-brake lights should not come back on. If they do, as I stated above, you will most likely need a new ABS module.

The sending units on both the anti lock light and the parking brake are faulty and should be replaced. there is a plug by the base of the parking brake lever you can disengage but, the anti lock sensor sending unit will have to be replaced before that light can be shut down.

This sounds like you have a bad ground. If this is the original sterio I would recomend removing the stereo and correcting the the ground issue by wrapping some electrical tape around the grounding wire before reconnecting. The process that is taking place is voltage bleedover through the wiring. This is normal for wear and tear. You could either do the above or purchase a new radio, both will fix the problem.

As for the Lights on check your fuses. Make sure that the fuses are good and also check the ground wires for that set of lights. The lights are turned on buy, how I best describe it, as a logic low. What this means is if the signal is reciving a low (ground) in the circuit then the conputer is told to turn the lights on to the corrisponding area.

Engine idles fine but when you push on the brakes it will surge up about 300 rpms and than starts idling rough and if it is gear it will die.

Is there a hiss under the dash when you step on the brakes? If yes, your booster diaphragm has torn. I have a post here on replacing the booster if that is the problem: http://www.fixya.com/cars/r9342823-swap_out_brake_booster_without_breaking

Why wont my ABS light on the dash wont turn off even after I changed the brakes?

the ABS light doesn't come on because u need a brake job, it comes on when it senses a failed part like a wheel speed sensor, in order to determine exactly what part is keeping the light on and disabling the Antilock Brakes you will need a shop to scan the systems comuter for fault codes

I have some problems with 2000 gmc jimmy not sure if me or truck

If it is a Canadain built vehicle the law required the head lights to stay on while the ignition is turned on. I have owned 9 Jimmy and Blazers including your year of Jimmy and none of them ever amde a noise in the dash when I put the vehicle into park. The shifter only has an electrical line runnig to the light control and a cable which runs under the carpet to the transmission.
