Question about 1985 Cadillac Eldorado
Your freeze plug is obviously leaking. This happens when a cylinder is near freezing point and to keep the block from cracking and seizing the motor is builds enough pressure to release the freeze plug. Can be found for most GM motors. I'm guessing you have the HT4100 or the Oldsmobile 307ci which both hate FREEZE PLUGS!!!

Did u have antifreeze in cooling system.if not chances r if u had freezing weather the core plugs have been pushed out due to the water freezing in the engine block
