Per your discription, it sounds like the functional portion of the system is OK, however the diagnostic circuit has a problem. Take the vehicle to your local Auto Zone or Advanced Auto for a code scan and let me know what they are. We can go from there.

How do I disengage the alarm system in a 2001 Chevy Tahoe

To disable the alarm system in a 2001 Chevy Tahoe, try the following steps:
  1. Close all doors and windows.
  2. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position.
  3. Within 10 seconds, press the lock button on the driver's door five times. The alarm system should turn off.
Note: The above steps assume that your 2001 Chevy Tahoe has a factory-installed alarm system. If it has an aftermarket alarm system, the steps to disengage it may be different.

2007 tahoe has the "service four wheel drive". With this message the four wheel drive does not engage. Problem does not happen everytime I start the Tahoe only sometimes.

I would put my money on a bad encoder motor. The motor is bolted to the side of the transfer case. With the problem present scan for transfer case codes. There will likely be codes stored in history as well. Once you know those codes you will know what test you have to do in order to accurately diagnose the problem.
