Tracker 1998 fluctuating idle

this time do the cap and rotor with the wires and plugs.
or just the cap and rotor , if wires are below 30K miles.
plugs are cheap $1.50 so put in some new ones.
and the filters , air and fuel.
the key thing was , the fast foot trick

if the car runs ok and idle messes up.
then the ISC might be needing to be cleaned.
Idle speed controller.

if your getting misfire on hllls, that is ignition tune up.
idle out can be tune up or ISC sticking.
