use a tiny needle to cleardirt on the holes on the sprayand nozzles you can even adjust the nozzles using the very same neddle by moving the needle to the correct direction that you like it to spray . Pull the hose off the nozzle and check water pressure and see if fluid comes outt, the line may loose pressure or blocked, not the nozzle.
If the line is good than revert back to adjust the spray nozzle using the niddle by putting niddle in the holes of the nozzle and adjust by moving it up and down or left to right it must work..
hi here is a few thing to check firts and this sounds stupid is there fluid in the resivoir bottle can you here the motor when you set the washers away you should here a humming noise do you have any leeks when you fill the washer bottle if so check to see if the pipes havent come off also check the jets the squirters for the windscreen make sure that the pipes are still conected to the jets finaly are the jets working are they caked up with gunk or polish you can try sticking a small pin in the ends to see if they are unbloked yo can check to see if the pump is working properly by taking a pipe off any jet run the motor and see if there is any water comming up the pipe also check inside the bottle its self if you can get at it as the gunk may be liying at the bottom of the bottle and bloking the pump up hope this helps ivan
dirt could have gotten in the lines. take a needle and poke in the holes the washer fluid comes out . to be sure, take the line off the pump and try it. if the pump shoots washer fluid- the line is clogged. if not, the pump could be clogged
If the pump runs then the nozzles are blocked. Use a pin or needle to clear the blockage from the nozzle.(Stick it in the little hole pointed at the windscreen.) Be careful not to break the pin off in the nozzle. See if you are able to pull the pipes off from the underside of the nozzles. Clear the nozzle using the pin. Then point the pipe into the underside of the nozzle and activate the washer in order to rinse the nozzle.
there are two motors ,one runs the front and the other runs the rear. check the connection at the front washer pump sometimes it gets dirty and doesnt make a good connection, if the connection is good and clean then replace the washer pump, here a picture of it. hope this helps
i Just fixed a problem with a renault megan washer motor. If the motor makes a noise but is not pumping any water & the jets@ the windscreen are clear, then pull the suqirter motor out off the washer bottle( the bottle stays in place ) it just pulls out from underneith the bottom stone tray& may need to remove bottom bolt, inner lower wheeel arch. Right Now where the black & white squirter come out of the motor gentlywith a screw driver pop these off together. ( test motor again) ( put in water ) Then with Snap ring plires & part the white & black outlets apart & you will find a rubber seal that looks like it must of grown. When it grows it blocks both ports off. you need to shorten the rubber & keep it flat as remember its job seems to block off either the front or rear port. if it not a good finish you may get water coming out of the front & the rear ifeg your working the front squirters
disconnect the tubes and blow through each one to make sure nothing is in them and then take a straight pin and poke it in each hole to clear those out if no washer solution comes through then then it maybe the washer pump motor listen to hear if the pump is working while someone pushs the button
