make sure you find the routing diagram of belt!! then make sure the belt tensioner pulley is fully pushed to give u slack to put over the rest of the pulleys! this should do it!
The kia sedona water pump is an internal pump and needs to be replaced with timing belt service. if it is leaking, then you need to change the timing belt as well. probably not something you want to do in the back yard and will run you between 400 and 600 depending on your location and shop. Sounds like you are blowing a cylinder into the cooling system.
Could be a head gasget
Could be a cracket water jacket.
Do a compression test to confirm cylinder number.
then pull the head and take a look.
Before getting the radiator fixed, get a price on a new one so you don't spend too much on the repair (it might be cheaper to buy a new one). You are right, you do need to replace the water pump, as the shaft bearings are obviously shot. sounds like bad luck! unless whoever changed the water pump for got to hook something back uo that they had to remove to get to water pump! chech fluid and look very closely around water pump for un hooked wires or small hoses
