Question about 1995 Cadillac Seville
I would bet that the problem is one of the front wheel bearing sensors. I would think on that car you would be able to run the self diagnostic check. You press the OFF and WARMER buttons at the same time to access the diagnostic mode. There is a list of what the diagnostic codes are at http://myweb.accessus.net/~090/dtcobd1.html#tcs

The driver manually disables VSES and engine torque reduction by pressing the traction control switch. The EBCM sends a serial data message to the IPC requesting illumination.
