ABS engage Intermitendly

The master cilinder of this car has been serviced yet the ABS become active, suddenly and intermitendly, after braking at low speed with minimum presure on the brake pedal without locking up the brakes (on tar road) or slipping. Is this a sensor or is it the management system?ABS light is still on.

Abs light on tells you that theres a problem code, you can have it scanned to find what problem is and fix, usually its a bad wheel sen.or you can unplug, thats up to you!

99 caravan 3.3 no abs brakes. I have replaced a bad master cylinder and all 4 rusted brake lines. The ABS brake warning light is not on. The van does not pull to one side.

Something is wrong with your statement
it is a 99 caravan 3.3 no abs , then you are on about abs light pump etc
the abs pump only works when the master cylinder is under pressure and that pressure is suddenly reduced by the sensor reading a locked wheel and a valve is opened to release line pressure to that wheel As soon as that wheel starts to turn, the valve closes
while the wheel is stopped and that valve is open , the abs pump kicks in to maintain line pressure otherwise the brake pedal would go to the floor
master cylinders work through a. abs unit and not because of it so if the master cylinder becomes faulty, the abs pump will not operate until a wheel stops turning as there is no line pressure to stop a wheel turning
the abs light may not be on because there is nothing to operate the system to put it on

check the clearance of the brake pedal rod into the master cylinder. Should be about 1" movement before the rod moves the piston .
The master cylinder has a blockage in the compensating ports so replace the master cylinder. As the brake oil is heating from brake application, it is not getting back to the reservoir so it is pressing the pads back onto the rotors which is heating the oil even more.

Losing fluid somewhere or losing pressure in the master. Will need to be serviced by a shop. Can't drive it this way.

The abs and emergency warning light comes on and off at the same time, is this a sensor, electric, or just a brake issue ?

the red brake warning light will usually indicate low brake pressure, abs light can come on also, check fluid level, does brake pedal become soft and spongy?if so it can be the brakes master cylinder,if fluid level is low,can be a damaged brake line, inspect brake system,
