Check the voltage at the battery. You might have a weak alternator.

I have a 2007 yukon denali xl, I got my front brakes and right wheel hub changed. When he got doney brake lights in the back of the truck wI'll not shut off. Brake light switch did nothing to help..

Who put the front brakes an wheel hub bearing on the vehicle ? A qualified repair shop ? A friend ? The front brakes an wheel hub would have nothing to do with the brake lights . An the brake light switch is an input to the BCM - body control module .
Stop Lamps
When the driver presses the brake pedal, the switch contacts open and battery positive voltage is interrupted to the BCM. The BCM then supplies voltage to both the turn/stop lamp supply voltage circuit and trailer rear turn/stop lamp supply voltage circuits. The BCM also supplies voltage to the CHMSL though a dedicated circuit.
I suggest you take it back to who did the front brakes , or a quailfied repair shop .

Disconnect the stop lamps and test the individual stop lamp assemblies for internal shorts between all terminals.
? If a short between terminals is found, replace the stop lamp socket or circuit board as applicable.
Test the stop lamp supply voltage circuit for a short to ground.
? If all circuits/connections test normal, replace the BCM.

I have a 2001 Saturn L200 sedan. The dash, radio, and gear shifter lights have been flikering randomly when the head lights are on. I was told it was a sensor or something in the steering colom. Any I

Your battery is not charged and gets drained constantly, dome lights doesn't take much voltage to be lit. Get a voltmeter and check on the battery. Engine off it should be all charged up and 12V ish. Try to start your engine, should be 13-14v charging, if not, then it is your alternator not charging or SOMEHOW your battery doesn't receive enough charging from the alternator.
When you turn on the headlight while engine is running and died off because the alternator some how couldn't supply enough current to power both headlights and motor ignition system
Get your alternator tested, before that all connections between alternator and battery is NOT LOOSE, or broken or damaged. Then go to auto electrician. Then sort out your fuses later.

Reset service light 2001 yukon

the answers above do not work. batter cable off does not work. that turn on 5 pedal thing is BS. also some a holes online are saying undo the fuse cover under the steering wheel and and unplug the ECU - well the fuse panel is not under the wheel, it's on the drv side of the dash. AND even when you pull that there is nothing called a ecu. funny hu. there is not a ECU fuse in the under hood fuse box either. service engine soon light is STILL ON. It was flicked on from the air breather intake being loose. that has been fixed. gas caps on tight. engine oils been changed.

The abs and parking brake idiot lights turn on and off intermittently, i've been told its possibly the ABS sensor

Sounds like a "WSS" (wheel speed sensor) problem. Each wheel has one. Located on the backside of each hub, between the brake disc and hub bearing. Check for loose connector first. Wire damage? Wiring touching exhaust pipes or rubbing wheel or tire? Look for mud or debris or damage to the sensor's or the rotating sensor ring. ( has a lot of "teeth") Try driving in reverse, in a straight line 25 to 30 feet, then drive forward twice that distance. If that does not clear the warning lamps most auto parts stores can hook into your computer (usually for free) and determine which sensor(s) have an issue. Replacing these sensors is common and simple.

2001 gmc yukon won't start battery checks good, cant jump start won't turn over, lights come on but go dim when trying to satrt

sounds like the starter motor is jammed or shorting get someone to turn the ignition to start and at same time hit starter motor, if this does not work, put vehicle in gear and rock back and forth, this hopefully will release a stuck starter, if it is auto you obviusly cant do that, you can try attatching wires directly from your battery to the starter motor ie live to the red connector earth anywhere on the starter(not on the live terminal) and see how that works...hope that helps

Brake lights do not turn on when pressing on brake why

the most likely cause is a bad brake switch that is located behind the brake pedal.

Battery and brake lights flicker and headlights dim

Sounds like a low voltage problem, alternator not charging properly. When you press the gass the motor takes more juice from your battery to fire the spark plugs have you had your charging system tested (most auto parts places do it for free)? Either that or a loose wire causing the short. Check all grounds under the hood and make sure they all have a good contact

Yukon was running and all the sudden died started up service engine light came on idles super low in gear and dies unless you put foot on gas and brake if stopped

easiest & probably cheapest way is to run into an autozone or Pep Boys & get them to scan fro codes for free & go from there. Get back to us with code(s) unless it's a simple one & part is right there at store to fix it.
