A good place to start is fluid & filter change if not done recently, and make sure they use Mopar ATF4. Insist on it.

This often indicates that your brakes are worn and in need of replacement.
Most disk brake systems have a squealer that makes noise to remind you to have your brakes inspected when they near end-of-life.

Can you drive a 2004 Dodge Stratus es 2.7 liter without a thermostat but just replaced the kit on top.

you can drive any car without a thermostat. the motor will take longer to get warm and never reach operating temp as well as you won`t get good gas mileage. not sure what you mean by just replacing the kit top.

I replaced cam sensor coil wires and plugs wat else would cause multiple mis fire on 2.4 dohc dodge stratus

clogged fuel injectors. if it runs considerably rougher when it's cold and smooths out as it warms up, bet on it. could be a weak pump or a clogged filter, but then it wouldn't be able to get out of its own way when you step on the gas in gear.

My 98 dodge stratus won't startbut it will turn

You need to check if its got air, fuel, and spark. spray some throttle body cleaner in the throttle body and quickly try to start it. if it fires up then your not getting fuel so you may need a fuel pump and filter. If it does nothing check for spark, if you have no spark then you need to check the coils and crank position sensor.

When it's cold outside i can put my 1997 dodge stratus in gear but it will not go anywhere but when it warm outside it gives me no problems.

Sounds like it might be time for a transmission rebuild.many of the transmission clutches ,drums etc are worn.I suggest you take the vehicle to an ASE Certified Transmission Shop and have them test it .
