Question about 2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
Check for injector "O" ring sealing issue. Not the first one of these I have heard of . The ring gets cut or damaged during assembly and over time as the ring hardens they develop a vacuum leak that causes the lean miss fire problem.
Also check the intake runner for leaking a cylinder head mating surface or vacuum accessory ports leaking.
A can of carb cleaner lightly sprayed at the injector and intake seal will change the idle quality if seal or gasket is bad.
Good luck, let me know.
