Will do my best since I'm reading from a Chilton manual that covers Sephia/Spectra 1994-2004. Here I will quote directly from the book. It's under ENGINE: Engine mounts-check and replace. Page 2A-22.
1) There are 4 engine/transaxle mounts on these models; the front engine mount, the passenger side engine mount (next to the timing belt upper cover), the rear lower engine mount (under the intake manifold) and the transaxle mount (under the air filter housing).
There is much more to this section, but you were asking about how many, not about replacing them yourself. And if it were I, yes I would replace them all at the same time. Given the labor intensive (jack up and secure car. Then jack up and secure engine, etc) have them all done so that all are the same age. As a couple side notes. The book doesn't make reference to any difference whether it be manual or automatic. And you would do well to go to your local auto parts store and pick up one of these manuals. This particular one covers not only our 1995 Sephia, but the 2002 Spectra as well. Makes sense since the Spectra is a re-badged Sephia.
check your owners manuel under air bag , i dont have any info on your 05 optima , but most owners manuels tell you what if this happens and the most liklley causes . you might also look up the blue book value before you think about pouring any large amounts of money into your vehicle shoul a air bag need replacing. air bags are exspensive probley more then the car is worth . my 03 rio is woth $500 and my 04 spectra is worth $800.
some kia's makes and models dont have one this is due to the fact kia has a lot of parts pending patents.if there is one for the sportage try half priced books ,then your auto parts store ,i use haynes .
if you cant find one on the shelf ask the auto parts person to look it up to see if it can be ordered. i own a 04 spectra and a 03 rio ,there is not a book for my rio i can use the spectra book to find some of my parts for the rio but not all of them
the fluid is drained by removing the transmission pan located under the car. make sure you buy a transmission filter kit so you can change the filter and gasket. the trans fluid is added to the dipstick tube, where you have located the dipstick.
