I have a 95 ford explore it cuts off on me while im driving, why?

I have a 95 ford explore it cuts off on me while i'm driving, i just had a tune up so i dont know what it can be. Also in the tank where the antifreeze goes it's looks like milkshake creamy and thick kind of a beige color, i've had the trans rebuilt and a new raditor put in, but it still didnt fix the problem, please if you know what it can be please me know.

    No it does not over heating at all it will just shake a little then shut off. It doesnt happen often ut wice in the last two weeks. And i think thats why is its turning into milkshake but i need to know why and maybe how i can stop it. If you have any other suggestions please let me know

    I have a 95 Ford Explore. I just got it and my o/d meter wont go off. I think it is stuck. I tried pushing the button but that didn't do a thing. Do you have an answer as to why it wont go off?

Sounds to me that you have a problem with the coolant and the engine oil mixing the (milkshake in the recovery bottle) does it overheat? prior to shutting down? also does it blow white smoke out of the tailpipe? likely it is a bad head gasket(s)

When the key switch is in on or start, the shifter lock solenoid is powered. When you push on the brake pedal the power is cut.
The brake switch and the solenoid would need to be tested.

It couldn't be much easier, change the air filter, clean or replace the spark plugs and you r good to go...the timing is all electronic and non-adjustable.

Hello! Your particular truck has a CV-type drive shaft. The retaining bolts for it require 61 - 87 ft/lb of torque each.
