2005 Honda Odyssey fuse box is located on the driver and passenger side leg area. When you are sitting on the driver side fuse box is next to your left leg. For passenger side would be next your right leg.

The odyssey fuse box is located under the bonnet. on the left side facing the engine a black box about 8" by 3.5" Push the two tabs on the front of the box and the tabs on the back and lift it off. Turn it over and locate the fuse you are looking for. It is listed by function of use.
Try to reset the tailgate by removing the no.7 (7.5 amp) fuse in the underdash fuse box. Open and close the tailgate manually, reinstall the fuse, and try the open tailgate button. If that doesn't work you would have take it to the dealer, where they can check for DTC's (diagnostic trouble codes). Honda Al
I read about this issue while I was looking for a fix to mine. Try the following:
Remove fuse #13 for 30 seconds or more from the passenger side fusebox. This will reset the door and the clock.
1.) Disable the power door switch on the left dashboard. 2.) Remove the power door fuses located under the front passenger leg area. 3.) Manually open and close both sliding doors. 4.) Restore the power door fuses located under the front passenger leg area. 5.) Enable the power door switch on the left dashboard. 6.) Try opening the sliding doors.
