Hello, you may want to replace your brake pads with a set of non-ceramic type. Your pads that are on your vehicle are going to be the ceramic type and they don't wear out as quick as non-ceramic because they arre softer material. This also cuts out any rotor noise you may hear.If a piece of sand gets in a ceramic type pad you will hear it like a record player, but the non-ceramic type cushion the sound. Please rate my answer, Thank you.

End of the day, if your car's not right, and the dealer cannot fix it, then you should either get a replacement or a refund. They have made an attempt to fix it and failed, so there is obviously a deeper problem that they haven't found. Why not find a local garage who can take a independent look at it and quote you once they find it?

Ask the mechanics to have a last look at your disks, and brake system, check also the wheel bearings.
If they cannot fix the problem, ask a car replacement to the dealer.
