You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

You might want to give a few more details, does it get stuck going down or coming up? Are they manual or power window?. I had a case with a car (although not a Kia) that the bolts on the regulator came loose it would go down but not return to the up position. If this is the case remove the inside door panel and check for loose bolts or broken rivets holding your window regulator in place. The regulator is what puts your window up and down.

Replace window regulator on a kia optima

you will have to remove the door panel. the window is held in with two bolts, undo the bolts and push the window all the way up and tape in position. could be 4 or more bolts that holt the regulator in place undo the bolts make sure you unplug the motor before removing . pull regulator out and put back in in reverse.

pop door panel from bottom first then door handles might be holding it or screws with covers then lift up on the door panel to release it ... some of those windows are glued in with urothane and some are mounted with rubber .
