I have a similar problem except that my fuse keeps blowing. Its a 5amp fuse and when i replace it the panel will light up and the air (or heat) will come on and the blower works, but then the fuse blows. Sometimes it takes about 5-10 minutes before it will blow and other times it will blow after only 30 seconds to a minute. Any advice? Its getting hot and Im desperate!

Is the a/c panel itself working. Are the lights on in the panel?

Need more information is it just the fan not working? or do you have no display at all? if it is just the fan it is the final stage resistor found on the passenger side footwell, if there is no display at all then i would check the fuses wich are located in the glove box on the top, if fuses are all ok then it is most likely a bad IHKA module (the HVAC control unit)

Ac control pannel doesnt work and hot air only come out vents

You might want to check and see if you can find any inline fuses going directly to the control panel. I had the same problem on a different car. Just in case.....there should be fuses under dash and under hood. Maybe a relay is even out.

2003 Toyota Echo heat not working. Fan, but no heat.

There is a valve on one of the heater hoses that allows heated water to flow through the heater core when you select heat. With heat selected and car warmed up check to see if both of the hoses feel warm. If not then water is not flowing through heater core and valve may need replaced or heater core is stopped up.
