Switch could have burned out,but not likely.Use a hot and ground wire to the motor after unplug the wires to see if motor runs.First,after unplugging the motor,flip the switch on and check power on the plug with a test light.

Hi try checking the wires for the motor make sure they are in good condition if all is ok there then give the top of the motor (where the wiper fits on) a light spray of lubricant oil and see if that frees them off, Hope this helps
