Question about 2007 GMC Sierra Classic Denali

Open Question

2007 GMC Navigation; Stereo goes into seek or scan automatically.

I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 3500HD w/Navigation and my problem is the radio goes into seek or scan (not sure which) whenever I start the vehicle or try to adjust anything utilizing the steering wheel controls ie. volume, channel up or down, etc.....

Any ideas would be appreciated!

no they just go out they are little single L E Ds inside radio and controls on the steering wheel. As for the dashboard some of the light can be replaced with bulbs but there is also LEDs in there as well. Hope it helps

SOURCE: I own a 1992 GMC

I would say the problem is inside the radio itself. I have no idea if anyone repairs these units anymore or if any good used ones are available.

Where does horn circuit get power from in a 2004 gmc sierra

There is a relay for it. Pin# 30 is power and pin # 87 goes to the horn, and pin #85 is power and pin #86 comes from the steering column.

How do i set the clock in my 1991 gmc seirra 1500

If it is the factory Delco/GM radio, should work something like this.

Turn the truck on (does'nt have to be running just accesories on), turn the radio power off (turn volume knob all the way left till off, or power button off depending on the radio). I believe there are two buttons on the front next to each other, seek/scan maybe? Press and hold to change the time. One does hours, one does minutes.

2007 gmc duramax brakes feel spongy, pedal goes with in 3 inchs from floor or bottom of pedal

You gotta bleed your brakes and get all the air out dude.  Then put in new brake fluid.  Afterwards, make sure to pump the hell out of your brakes to build up brake pressure before you put this thing in drive or you will end up in the neighbors fence or a tree will stop you.

Incar DVD in my GMC Sierra 2500hd region code.

the easiest way to deal with the radio is to replace it with one from a junk yard; not too expensive as the chip for the region is soldered in and, is not removable or, easily reprogramable as for your GPS GMC can send you the new disks but, I'd just ask a junk yard they know everything
