YOU NEED TO GET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT DIAGNOISED, AND THAT WILL PROLLY TELL YOU A GOOD IDEA, AND MAKE SURE THAT THE BELT IS ON RIGHT AND TIGHT ENOUGH, ( CHECK TENSIONER) AND AS FOR THE OIL NOT STAYING IN YOU NEED TO TAKE TO A SHOP AND HAVE THEM TELL YOU WERE ITS COMING FROM AND GET IT FIXED,
I got this problem on my 1995 sc400, it does need some service.
spark plugs replacement, fuel injecters cleaning, replace fuel filter. thats all, and if you wont spend for that only remove the battery wait a couple of seconds and put it again. this thing will slove the problem for some days. but i recomend to do a full service.
KEEP IT COOL!
