Yes the plugs are under this plastic cover which is your coil and pack and ignition module.The filter is located directly behind the fuel tank.Just follow the fuel lines.Make sure and blow all the dirt out first.You might want to use some rust penetrent.Hope this helps.Good luck.
its above the rear axle, slightly towards the front and it looks kinda like a soup can with a hose off each end. My 03 cavalier has a threaded line on the drivers side and a plastic clip holding the hose on the other side. took me about 15 minutes to change it. Needed a couple wrenches and a few rags. Pretty easy though
