Can't find my fuel shut off button on 98 Ford Explorer

My car wouldn't start and it makes no sound. i was told my Fuel shut off needs to be turned on, I cannot find it

on my 98 ford explorer it is below the glovebox in the foot well area on the forward right hand side, red button on top, cannon plug connects to the bottom side of it right where the carpet ends

look back in the trunk area in the side panels

The fuel pump shut-off switch is
located in the passenger’s foot well,
behind the side kick panel.
