It's actually brake fluid... do NOT use engine oil. the master cyclinder is located just off the firewall on the side the brake pedal is on. you will note too lids that unscrew. the brake fluid is added there.

My ABS AND Brake lights and change oil light is on

Lets start with what is the year make and model ??
If the ABS light is on, you would need to have the computer scanned to get the trouble codes so you would know what component to test.
The brake warning light could be telling you the hydraulic brakes are low on fluid, or the parking brake is not completely off.
You would need to reset the change oil reminder, if it is a red oil light, it could be telling you the oil pressure is low.

What does the evap canister look like? and is it expensive?

Have to know what vehicle you have & it is not
likely bad-- but some evap system component
or hose maybe

Having codes would be nice & you can google them
after you retrieve them

Purchased focus sport 2006 model no service manual. Mileage 43,000 kms. Need to know service intervals either time/mileage perhaps a copy of the service schedule will suffice.

These maintenance intervals come from the maintenance interval calculator
at www.autozone.com, using a starting point of 25,800 miles (43000 km), and
assuming 1000 miles (1666 km) driven per month, and "severe driving conditions," which
are actually normal usage characteristics, such as frequent short trips, urban driving, waiting in traffic, driving in hot weather, trips under 16 km in cold weather, etc.

Brake rotors and pads recently replaced. Seem to

You could stop the noisy brake problem by applying special adhesive to the back of the brake pads. They are available at the autoparts stores. If you buy high quality brake pads, you would see the anti-noise shims included in the package.

As for the oil dripping issue: have the required quantity of oil in the crankcase-3.2 quarts to start when you change engine oil. Inspect the oil-pan gasket, drain-plug, oil-pump seal

Brakes were changed by a mechanic friend and now there is an oil leak from front passenger hub,

not good.......is it brake fluid? mark your brake fluid reservoir and observe if it is loosing fluid....... How do the brakes feel? Is it oil? he should not have touched or done anything to make oil start leaking......where did he jack the car up from? did he hurt it jacking it up?
is this differential oil? hope not. if it's brake fluid, he may have overextended or hurt o-rings in caliper? Is it disc brakes in front?

Have you had anyone try to clean and adjust the rear brakes? You will need a shop to scan the van for ABS codes first to cure the ABS light.

I see a red glow on picture which resemble oil bowel.

You either have a malfunctioning oil pressure sending unit, possibly damaged by the oil change, or, low oil pressure. Replace the oil pressure sending unit, and if the lamp continues to glow, you may need some internal engine repairs.
