Question about 2001 Toyota Tacoma
Check the bulbs for the backup lights. Compare the wattage on the bulbs with what your owner's manual calls for. Or ask at a parts store what the wattage should be. "super bright" back-up bulbs at higher wattages than normal can cause this to happen.
