Question about 1999 Honda Accord
I just bought a 1999 Honda Accord and its in great condition. It has 100,000 miles on it and it had one owner. The car fax shows the car was always brought to a honda dealer for all maintenance for the entire 10 years. The first day i got the car after driving for a few miles the D4 light starting flashing and there was a clicking noise that sounded like the signal. Also at the same time i had the heat on and that light was flashing as well. And the rpm arrow. It shut off then happened again after a few minutes. I looked in the manual and it said when the D4 light flashes its a transmission problem. The car drives perfectly fine though. I brought it to get a diagonistics check and no codes came up. I went twice and no codes. The past two days i have driven the car there was nothing flashing and nothing happened at all out of the ordinary. I dont know what to do! I only have a 30 day warranty on the engine and transmission. It took me a while to save for this car. Ugh i cant believe this is happening, any advice would be great :(
