2001 Focus parked about 9 months fuses & relays are good change fuel filter battery is good will crank drains battery started with starting fluid can hear the fuel pump kick in cleaned the dsfm

You have not mentioned whether you do a OBD fault code test on this, if not do that and post the results. Also jumper the fuel pump relay socket under the hood so it stays on all the time, you could have a defective starter switch, in this scenario the fuel pump is powered up as long as the engine is cranking, but as soon as the key is released to run position it shuts off.

2005 Focus has clicking noise under the hood won't start unless I jiggle the neg. battery wires

clean the negative terminal the do it up tight
the clicking noise will be that the starter solenoid is not getting a good current flow because of the loose terminal

Changed a broken serpentine belt. all was fine, then car stopped and will not crank. Car started loosing all the power and then stopped.

If the belt is loose, it would slip and not provide enough power through the alternator to power the car. Check for excessive slack in the belt. It's common for new belts to develop some slack after initial use.

We added freon to a 2001 Ford Focus this evening, and left the car running for quite a while. Before the lady bleft, I decided to check things over and found corroded battery terminals. Cleaned em, put it...

The key has to be relearned,if you do not have the soft wear, then the dealer will have to do it,the relearn process has to be programmed to the computer,If this was at all helpful, please rate, thank you.

Engine won't crank or seem to get power on key turn.

More than likely, your starter has gone out. If the battery is fully charged and its not even turning over, that is what i would start with.
