You will require an adapter for your amplifier.
It will look like this...
Buying an aerial amplifier for my '02 passat, need - 3966abb.jpg
One end will accept your factory antenna plug, and the other is a MALE standardized size to fit aftermarket products.

METRA makes one, and the part # is 40-EU55

Wiper motor arm seems to have been pulled out of housing. Its not at the adjustment on the arm but at the housing itself.

Sometimes, those motors for your wipers are a gear tooth. The inside of the actual housing for your wiper is the female side. After wear and tear/time, the teeth are worn down and A. the wiper will fail to turn completely or with any resistance slow down, or B. easily come off the motor. they are sometimes just pressed on. Check the teeth on the male gear to see if they're damaged or the inside of the wiper arm to see if they're damaged. If the teeth on the motor side are fine, you can get away with just buying a new wiper arm versus buying a new motor. Hope this helped.

Seperating the electrical connection on radio in rover45 2001

a SMALL blade screwdriver (1/8" or smaller), "gently" inserted between the male and female jacket of the plug connector, where the catch protruding from the male connector through the female jacket. Gently rock the connector back and forth working the catch, (from the male connector) out of the slots, (of the female connector) of the female jacket, on both sides. It can be a little tricky the first couple times you try this, but you will get it... Good Luck.

Hi,just want to know where fuse for electric aerial is situated as aerial is damaged and makes terrible noise when i start my truck and turn it off.my vehicle is a 1996 mitsubishi challenger

Hi,
Ussually the fuse is in the aerial motor connector or comes with the radio fuse.
If ur annoyed by the antenna, just disconnect the electrical connector in the antenna, not the antenna wire!

U could buy the rod of the antenna only it is chepaer than buying the whole assembly!

Order it in ur nearest parts dealer!

Tailgate will not latch w/o slamming, then will open when going down road

I would find out what year and model your car is and buy a new latch, they bolt in. They have male and female parts, go figure, and if you inspect the mechanism in a similar car which still works, you can usually see where yours is bad. You might get away with buying just the male part.

Ignition switch pontiac

I am not sure of the correct tool name but it is a female torx with a male pin in the center. You have to remove the cover, and then you should see the screws on the left side, not the ignition cylinder side,. I had to change one from a pontiac grand prix and I had to go buy a set of the male/female torx to change it. After I changed it, I changed the screws to phillips so if the ignition switch needed changed again, I only needed a screw driver.

I have an old HP deskjet 3820 printer and a new HP pavilion desk top which has only USB I/O ports, no parallel ports. Therefore I need an adapter cable to connect my printer to my new PC. Does the adapter...

You can almost buy a new printer for the cost of the adapter you are talking about buying. They have all kinds of adapters: the kind that connects to the flat end of a USB or the square end. Parallel, male or female. Go to a computer store like best buy, they should be able to hook you up.

Hope this helps.
