Toyota tail lights not work

It could be a bad switch. if the blinkers dont work then it could be a bad multifunction switch or flasher relay. If the brake lights dont work it could be a bad break switch (located under the dash above the brake pedal). If its just the running lights could possible be the wrong kind of bulb. If nothing works at all it may be due to bad light sockets.

Break lights dont work.i changed the break stop lamp switch, fuses, and bulbs. What else could it be?

Have you taken a voltage meter and actually taken a reading at the brake light bulb socket to see if you have voltage ?
If no voltage, then you may have a short or a break in the wiring.

the rear bulbs have 2 coils in them (1 for brake light and 1 for taillights) You need to replace them with new ones. This will solve the prob. Good luck

Rear reading light

Try getting some dielectric grease from the store and putting that on the bulb connections. I have done this many times before to fix bad light connections on vehicles. Hope this helps, good luck!
