Does it start after cooling down? If so then you have a bad ignition module located in the bottom of the distributor.

If no fuel is getting to the injectors replace the fuel pump relay. The engine oil sensor has a 3rd wire that sends the signal to prime the pump as you may know. Its called the fuel pump cylinoide which is attached to the fuel pump. Unless the fuel pump is bad, you got an expensive part to buy around $2500 or the cylinoide is $900 whichever is broken. This is a know issue for GMC deisel suburbans 6.5.
