Re: need to change plugs on chrysler1995 la baron
As you have indicated the front side, toward the grill are easily accessable, however the three on the backside or firewall are difficult to reach. They can only be felt not seen. Be sure that you have plenty of time as it will take a while to change them, you will need a
3/8" ratchet and a universal joint. Take your time and remove them one at a time. I recomend that you also get a set of plug wires as some of them are going to break whenever you remove them. Be sure to check the vacuum hoses when you are finished as it is easy to break or pull them loose.

easy, if it takes you longer than 7 minutes somethings wrong, and most of that time should be looking for tools. hidden screw behind handle. 3 wires to unhook, courtesy light down below, master control switch plug, and speaker. step 1 unscrew hidden screw, 2) pop all the plastic keepers. 3) twist the handle through the opening without breaking the connection, 4 unhook 3 wires. bingo it's off.
The plenum needs to be removed from the top of the engine to remove the rear three plugs, it can be a bunch of work if you dont know what you're doing. The front three plugs are easy, i would suggest buying some good plugs so you dont need to change them very often.
