Doesn't appear to be a fast way, maybe that explains $375-$500 in labor, as per- ( www.repairpal.com) Here's another link so you can see what you, or they are up against.

Where is the heater resistor on a 2005 dodge dakota? Behind glove box?

should be just above the blower motor. You will need to remove the glove box door to gain access.

How do I get to the blower motor for a 1995 dodge Dakota to replace it ?

Bad design on the 1995 Dodge Dakota. The dash has to be removed to replace the blower motor. May want to replace the heater core while the dash is out to keep from having to remove it later for a leaking heater core.

How to replace blower motor resistor on 1998 dakota

The resistor is located next to the blower. On the passenger side under the glove box. 3 or 4 screws hold it in. One plug going to it.

I have a 1998 Dodge 1500 why does the heater/ac blower motor only work on high, do I need to replace the motor?

The motor is fine, the blower resistor is the most likely cause. All fan speeds except high go through the resistor.

1998 Dodge Dakota heater nor a/c blowing

I have an 2002 Dakota , my blower is on passenger side of truck, under dash by feet there was 4 small screws to take out blower just came out on mine. Something to check see if there is a electronic card in behind the blower, mine had that, change the card if it has one that controls your blower speeds, when mine went bad only had off and high for a few months, then none, changed blower no go, then found out about this card, dealer cost about $75 canadian, auto wreckers $25 canadian ... hope this helps.
