How do I fix miss fire on number one cylinder on a 3.8L engine ford windstar

I recently had a missfire and at the same time I had problems with my windshield washer. It turned out that the washer had a bad hose which was dripping on the plug wire which had problems with the insulating coverage. My missfire was primarily on wet or humid days so a new wire fixed it.

Water dripping from exhaust pipe and running rough when at idle

Water dripping from the exhaust pipe is normal in cold weather until the exhaust system warms up--the water is condensation from the hot gasses meeting the cold (cooler) metal of the exhaust system.

Running rough? there are many causes, timing being one.

2003 Ford Ranger Edge V6. It is missing or hesitating on take off and in the early gears especially. Is it the fuel filter?

no ,they very rarely need changing unless the metal canister has corroded ,most likely its a mass air flow sensor in the air intake pipe

I need the location of a rear oxygen sensor on a 2002 windstar

It's right behind the catalytic converter on the exhaust pipe. Looks like a spark plug screwed into the pipe with wires running up into the connector.

Low compression on number 6 cylinder of 1996 ford explorer 4.0

check, 1. spark plug for firing(replacing plug is a cheap fix)
2.#6 spark plug wire for proper strong voltage.
3. distributor cap #6 TERMINAL, (replace cap for another cheap fix)
remember trouble problem may be intermittent, so it would be beneficial to use "CHEAP FIX" solution first. GOOD LUCK. KEEP ME INFORMED. THANKS
