Go to a breakers yard or ford, you will have to unscrew & pull off the interior cap on the insde to udo the mirror whole unit & pop the glass out of the old unit by pulling carefully, then disconnect the motor & wiring, then re-fit as dismantled.
Hope this helps, If you can't do it yourself then buy the mirror & take it to a decent garage as they are not hard to replace & the dealership will charge twice as much !
Hope this helps !
On the Back of the mirror in the middle is a big plastic ring that is a pressure fitting you should be able to just pop the old one out and put the new one in. If you have to replace the whole assembly it's easy if you look at the inside of the door rigth where the mirror is attached there is a triangle piece of plastic you can just pop that off and there will be three bolts in side to remove the mirror if you have there should be some foam protecting the electrical wires inside that just comes out. Good Luck.
on the inside of the car in the corner of the door is a blck plastic piece remoce that and you should see a couple of screws(think they where starbits last i checked) take those out and then you should be able to remoce the mirror from there.-z
