Your wheel bearings need replaced, just replaced both front ones on my car,Then you will need to have your tires balanced, rotated and front end aligned.Mine was coming from my front driver side,it was loud, replaced, then the passenger side was making a noise, but not as loud, now it is like new.
Check fuses next, best done with a meter or a test light. You have a panel to the right of the center console in the front where the passengers left foot is, There is also one under the hood by the left headlight area. Remember that fuses for lights are only powered with the light switch on.
The filter is way up on right (passenger side) and the back side of the engine. I found it easier to access by removing the rt front wheel and splash barrier plastic panel directly behind where the axel comes through.
a wheel bearing will make noise when there is weight on it. if you turn the wheel from side to side while driving and shift the weight it will tell you what side is the noisey bearing. the bearing is pressed in. you must use a press to replace.
