This vech was famous for the windshield leaking on the driver side lower part of windshield.. and the water drips onto the gem module and inside fuse panel and can cause may electrical problems.. a good way to tell is remove the 2 big connectors with a 10mm socket and inspect for any water in connector or where connector came from

2007 Mitsubishi Endeavor won't start. I turn the key and nothing happens. The interior lights are dim and headlights are normal. Had it jumped and same thing happens. Where is the problem? thanks.

I had the same problem too..My battery was stone dead..My lights were on but their probably isnt enough cranking amps to start the truck...I would take the battery out and charge it overnight and then try to crank it in the morning...i just changed the battery and the truck started right up

Intermittent no start, very strange, very confusing

Sounds like fuel pump going out. I was told by a friend that the pump can get stuck and that by knocking on the fuel tank or by attempting to start that it can kick the pump out of the bad spot and it will start. But it is a sign that it needs to be replaced.

Truck won't start, but after ride on tow truck starts right up, please help?!

Typically when the fuel pump goes it is gone. Have you ever changed the fuel filter? On my 2000 expedition it is inside the frame on the drivers side about midway. Try this first, it is cheaper and easier than a fuel pump. Takes about 10 minutes.

Electical problems with 99 ford expedition

check your interior fuse panel. does it look wet or corroded? is there a water leak maybe from the the window if you have a sun roof the drain could be leaking into the car. or it could just be a problem with a module or a corroded ground or other conection.

2000 Ford Expedition Engine/Radio problem

Most likely the issue is the battery protection relay, it may have been set off by a sticking courtesy light switch on the door latch (very common), this would have kept the dome lights on after u left the truck, this would have triggered the relay after about 10 minutes

Would not start...just suddenly. Now clicking under the dash..relay I assume. Replaced relay, no change, still won't start, not the battery. Lights surge off and on, dash works off and on.

Changed the starter and solenoid one time. Cranked and started two times normal. The third time it did not crank, just a clicking from the dash. Checked where the clicking was coming from and found out the solenoid on the fire wall was it. Changed that part but it still did not crank just clicked. There are two soleoinds on this truck, one on top of the starter and the other one in front top of the fire wall. There the battery cables connect to that solenoid to the starter and the alternter. The truck has power to everything, just will not start.
