Another thing you can do is get the wifes hair dryer (I normaly advise not telling her) and unplug every wire (one at a time) and if that doesnt help, pull off the distributor and do the same. If that doesnt work then start drying the sensors.
Just for future knowledge, it is ok to wash an engien once in a while if dirt really bugs you but never do it with high pressure. And while you are washing it, leave it running and when you are done, leave it running for 30 minutes. For what it is worth, I agree 100% with thundergod, I never was a engine unless I am going to do some major work on it. If and when I look to buy a car, that is one of the first things I look for, if it has been washed, I walk away from it.... On the average, the person is trying to hid something. Just a little FYI for you to think about. Good luck

Don't know what you did... NEVER powerwash any late model engine!!! It totally screws up sensors & electronics!!!!Clean dosen't help much if it dosen't run!!! Unplug all sensors and check for any water residue in plug ends. If it runs at all, wouldn't hurt to warm it up and leave hood open into the wind to dry it out a bit. Crank sensor is usually on bellhousing on left side.

The electric windows on 1993 Jeep Grand don't work.

You would have to take the door panel off to take the window motor off, then run jumper wires to the window motor terminals. If the motor doesn't turn, time to get a new one. But more than likely, if all the windows don't work, it may possibly be a fuse. Also, you might want to check the window switches, they do burn out. I have had to replace a couple on my 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Jeep grand cherokee stalls after warming up

You need to check components again when the engine is hot and in no-start condition, otherwise, you will get bad info...obviously whichever part is doing this works fine cold. ones that react most to heat are crank pickup, ignition coil and the fuel pump.(bad ones get hot and bind up)

First run a code check, see what you find. Second, you can do individual component testing with a decent volt/ohmeter to pinpoint problem. (instructions for tests in any decent manual)
Just off-hand, most common failure with similar symptoms to yours is crank position sensor.

Well that wasnt a great idea to Powerwash the engine but just wondering has this been a problem for a while of just after the power wash... bc if its just after the wash then you should just let your distributor dry out if not that just check you wireharness and see if you got standing moisture in your plugs

I'd suggest the ignition control module, however I'd have a certified mechanic check it out just in case...
