My jimmy whiel fire up here and there new fuel filter new idler valve new map senser the fuel pump clicks doesn't hum pushed the valve on the fuel rail and it just shoots once and nothing else comes out and its all the way down

It sure could be. But, first...by "won't turn over" you do mean it cranks at normal speed but won't start? A simple test of the fuel pump is to stand by tank and listen as someone turns key to on. When first turned to on, your pump will activate for 2 or 3 seconds, pressurizing the fuel system, and then shut off if the engine computer doesn't get a cranking signal. Do you hear it come on? If not, then something's not turning your pump on. If you can hear it buzz on briefly, then maybe it's your filter. Another test: Spray a little starting fluid into your intake manifold (remove the big hose going into intake manifold) while someone tries starting it.If it doesn't fire and try to stay running, then it's probably an ignition problem. But if it does fire off, then you know it's a fuel problem-likely your pump or filter. good luck.
check wiring connections[fuel pump] and fuel filter --quick and easy way to check pump turn key and listen for hum of pump if hum pump running /under hood check fuel pressure at fuel line test valve [shrader]or spray starter fluid if fires up u have fuel problem if not can be many reasons from egr valve ,cat conv-pcv-these are usually the ones that dont set off a code
try start with starter fluid if starts than need to check fuel filter and pump again turn key and have u or someone listen at tank for hum of pump if hum turn off and open cap to release pressure check fuel filter and or replace if needed turn on pump and check pressure at straider valve on fuel rail by fire wall drivers side if pressure vehicle should start / if no hum at pump check connections to pump and test pump new doesnt mean free from defects repair or replace as necessary
Lots of reasoons for a no start this answer is as if it was running OK just the other day and was starting OK. The gas tank has gas? Spinning real freely indicates to me that the timing belt broke. The oil cap off the valve cover look in there to see the cam and crank engine you should see it turn. The fuel pump may not be coming on. The fuel filter could be frozen not letting the gas go though. The spark may not be happening as A senser or also a plug wire or other wire off inspection of these things something off can be the only problem
It may be a bad ignition mod,, Autozone test
are OK for batteries and Alternators but not
modules because it's not a real test, mostly
continuity test, not component heat test...
Get a new module and try it...
