This is on a Buick Century 2001. I was driving one NIGHT and the headlights went out. I am now only able to use the High Beams. If I hit the low beams it is total darkness. Is this a fuse?? Is there a headlight out?? HELP....thank you

I do know that their is a bulb for high beams and a bulb for low beams so you may have your low beam bulbs blown out

02 Buick century the passenger low headlight not working but high beam is. I checked fuses inside the car what others things can I check.

There should be a left and right fuse and a relay involved.
The lights get power from the fuses, and the headlight switch and dimmer switch provide the ground circuit. So if you check the headlight plug with a meter you should have power and ground for high and low beam.

Where is the low beam relay switch located

Replace any blown fuses, and check or replace the head light relay.

I cannot figure out why my headlights(lowbeams) do not come on. My high beams do work.

This may sound kind of silly but usually the main reason I find that both low beams don't come on is that they are both burned out. The second reason is usually a faulty dimmer switch. Both the high and low beams get power through the same circuit breaker so if the highs are working then you know the breaker is good. I'd start by making sure both bulbs are good then test the dimmer switch next.
