Question about 1997 GMC Jimmy
My 1997 jimmy losses power when hot. you can push the pedal down to the floor and wont go if you shut off and start back up it is fine for another 15 or 20 min what is the problem?
It's most likely you're cpi injector assembly. Check the fuel pressure first. This is common on Gm models like you'res. I spent thousands chasing similar problems with my truck. The parts expensive most parts stores have a conversion assembly to mpi injection. I highly recomend it.
