Ok its very very easy i was pulling my truck apart to find the problem and i found it.
aperantly there turn signal switches where broken in alot of f150 from 1997-2003 so all you have to do is go to Schucks and they have the part for about 64 $ and you can change it out yourself in about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending how much you know about your truck.

SOURCE: signals and warning lights!!

You have a bad multifunction switch. It is not hard to replace just remove the bottom cover on steering column and top should raise up enough to get to the 2 screws holding the switch on.If you can not get enough clearance with top cover on then you will have to remove lock cylinder to get it off.Just turn key to on postion then look under the lock cylinder part of steering column and you will see a small hole.Stick a small screw driver or pic into the hole and push the pin then remove lock cylinder.

I have an 02 kia sportage. my signal lights come on but dont blink outside. no lights for the signal lights come on on the dash at all. also, no hazard lights.

If the 15A HAZARD fuse in the passenger compartment fuse box is OK, power is getting to the hazard function of the flasher unit. Pressing the hzard switch should cause the hazard lights to flash. HOWEVER, there is an electronic time and warning indication system module connected to to the hazard switch lead and that may be affecting things. If the 10A TURN fuse is OK, power is applied to the turn switch (with the engine in START or RUN) and you state you can select a right or left turn. HOWEVER, the RED/WHT and RED/BLU outputs from the flasher unit connect directly to the front and rear turn lamps and the instrument cluster turn indicators so you are not getting any flasher output. Again, that electronic time & warning indication system module could be affecting things

When the blinker is flipped up or down on the column the tail lights dont respond. But the brake lights and the hazards still work fine. Whats the problem?

The turn signal flasher relay may have a problem.Turn on the hazards and follow the clicking sound to the source and usually the hazard flasher and turn signal flasher are very close to each other.Remove the one that is clicking and put it in place of the turn signal flasher. If the Turn signals then work you will need to purchase a new turn signal flasher relay. They are usually just a few dollars.

Where is the turn signal relay, hazard relay, and flasher for a 2003 Ford F150? My turn signals do not work (inside or outside), but 3 out of 4 outside lights work when the hazards are on, but with only 1...

It is not the flasher if the hazards work, it is 1 flasher for both turn signals and the hazard lamps. It is in a relay block ( along with the blower motor relay ) under the dash, about in line with the steering wheel column ).

Try tilting the steering wheel all the way up, and test again.

The other quick test is to cycle the hazard switch a few times, to see if it cleans the contacts for the turn signal on the MFS,

99 Chevy Tahoe... Rear turn signals, brake lights, and hazards

I had this problem, and to be honest, it happened to the left side about a week later...it's the board that the bulbs plug into...it's a very common problem with this model. So popular that you can normally get the socket board off the shelf at a parts store! it's extremely simple to replace, and I replaced all the bulbs at the same time!

2003 F150 Supercrew, turn signals go on and off intermediatelly

when they dont work, turn on the hazard flashers, or grab the hazard button and wiggle it. if they start working you will need the turn signal switch replaced.

No turn signals or brake lights on left and right but brake light on top

I agree. My brake light dont work. Only the third brake light does. The running lights work but when i apply the brakes the rear tails dont light up.
I currently have this issue along with the signals dont work unless I bang the top of the steering colum. The hazard switch doesnt work either. If the signals dont work it makes this very quick clicking sound on the passenger side. I checked the fuses and they are good. The bulbs still work. The brake switch works cause the third brake light goes on. And seeing as I am having a problem with signals.....GM says I have to replace the switch in the steerg colume. Its a little box about the size of a cigarette pack. If you take apart the panels off ( right behind the steering wheel, where the hazard switch is) ...that is where it is located. Its plugged into the signal lever. Hope this helpa....Good luck everyone with this issue.
