1993 Buick Lesabre Brake Lights & Signal

The brake lights and signals on my buick lesabre are not working. I have checked the fuse and it is blown, but everytime that I replace the fuse it blows within a couple of hours or immediately. Please help, I really can't keep driving like this.

This problem just started a couple of days ago, before that the brakes and signals were working fine. what light bulbs do i need to check? ( the signals and the brake light bulbs?) would this be causing the fuse to keep blowing?

I hate to tell you this but its going to be a tough issue to find. You will need to check all the light bulbs are the correct bulb. Make sure they are correct not what was in there. I would check the brake switch on the brake pedal to make sure it is ok. then you will need to trace all the wires to find the short.

Step on brake pedal and see if you have brake lights. The brake light switch release the solenoid to let it shift. If brakes lights work then the solenoid could be defective. Also the fuses should be checked for the brake lights if they don't work.

you have one of two problems the first one is either a blowm fuse that is probably marked prk lghts check you fuses or you could have a bad light switch

No turn signals

Have you tried replacing the flasher? They're typically round, and with the fuses under/in the dash. They probably cost 10-15 bucks, usually available at your local autoparts store.

Signal light problem

If the signal lights don't work on either side, front and back, check the flasher, usually located on the fuse block. If this isn't it, let me know, we can continue from that point.

Right tail light and front right signal wont work unless signal or brake applied

Since this is happening only to one side of the vehicle and not the other than i would say you have an electrical fault in the switch and or a hot wire is broken not allowing your lights on that side to come on when told to do so.
