Question about 2006 Pontiac G6
I pulled the fuse for my radio after it appears to keep trying to unload a disc. The car ran fine 5 minutes before and then will not start after I pulled the fuse and put it back in.
Thats because on the G6 your entire control center and brain of your car is ran through your radio. Without the fuse to your radio, there is no current getting to the controllers for the G6's quick click auto start feature. The G6 does not use a regular starter cylinoid like most cars older than 2004-2005. The controlling signal of starting your car when you click your key over for that split second is run through systems housed and integrated in the radio.
