1994 Toyota Truck 4x2 Blower not working

My blower stopped working in my truck. It got to where it would come on occasionally at random, but now it doesn't work at all. I checked the fuse, but it's ok. I took the dash out, but I don't know where to go from here. I can't figure out how to get the switch out to check it, or what I need to check from here. Thanks in advance.

Blower motor is normally on passenger side under the dash and the other place is under the hood on the passengerside also up against the firewall if there is a library near you you can get information from there for your truck but if it stopped working altogether the relay in the blower fan is gone

Criminy! Don't take out the dash! I had the same problem with my 94 Toyota Truck (4x2). The blower would "act up" by running okay, then sometimes it ran slow in different settings, then stop, then work ("sort-of"), then quit (~200k miles). I removed the blower/fan assembly (three 8mm hex head screws accessed from BELOW the right side of the dash, close to the engine firewall). The blower resistor is forward of the fan, removable via two Phillips head screws (don't remove this if you have the above symptoms - the resistor is more likely bad if one or two speeds woun't work at all but the high speed does). Your issue sounds like the trouble with mine - and it's caused by worn out brush blocks. Try running the motor with 12v. applied to the terminals. Mine would run (albeit crappily) while holding it in different positions (with the motor removed) and vertically not at all (its installed orientation).
If the motor's okay, "ohm-out" the resistor. You should get fairly low resistance readings.
    Good luck.

Intermittant blower. sometimes works fine on all speeds. other times works fine

Could be a loose connection or corrosion. Make sure all of the connections are clean and tight. also if you can trace the wires to make sure there is not any breaks or exposed wires that could be shorting out. Double check the fuse as well to be sure it is in tight.

My heater blower randomly works and then doesn't work

Check the resistor between the wiring and the blower under you dashboard. It is a small gadget. Not an electronic resistor as in TV resistors.I don't know what kind of noise . Is it a clicking noise a whirling noise ? what kind ? If this helps please vote.
