Assuming battery Ok, check main fuse box (usually under bonnet) and if fuses ok it could be a stuck relay. If there are identical relays in that box you could try swapping them with battery first disconnected.

1995 grand am SE , dashboard clusters not working, battery not charging from alternator but alternator is working ok and battery is ok, vehicle is also running rough

absolutely no idea here ,i would need a play under the bonnet to try to determine cause but first thought is a faulty dash as their more chips at the back of these things on newer cars than joderall bank and its not till you remove one and turn it over and look at the circuits that you realise ,also the earth connection for the dash unit and also a blown fuse or a corroded wiring connection in the power distribution box thats under the bonnet ,look around the big 80 amp fuses as these are wired through the alternator or rather the alternator is wired through these fuses ,Even a old car like this a 95 will have quite complex electronics for the year .best of british with it anyway and i only wish i could help further but i have never seen one of these cars so i cannot advise on where the components are located but if it was here in front of me i would soon find them though.

Driving and steering wheel became heavy and wouildnt turn. pulled over and it somthing seem to catch on fire under the bonnet fire crew had to exstingish the fire and cut the battery.. any thoughts on what...

Probably tossed a belt. Check all accessories that the belt drives, that one isn't seized. I've seen alternators, power steering pumps, waterpumps, etc seize causing belt to "FRY". I'm suspecting your belt is long gone now, but before replacing find what's not turning or seized.

The factory alarm in my 2000 Trooper goes off 10-15 times per day for no apparent reason. So to avoid insanity I removed the fuse that controls the horn. Well, my alarm still goes of 10-15 times per day...

The usual cause of this is the alarm switch on the bonnet panel is too low and creeps up when you leave the car .

Just put some washers behind it so its snug when the bonnets shut down - I have done a few like his and its easier than disconnecting .

I have a 97 trooper v6 the alternator discharges when hit the gas have replaced 3 times

Their is a relay in the black box of relays and fuses under the bonnet. The blue relay is the charging one. I have changed a good few alternator's and a common problem with isuzu alternators is they over charge this burns out the blue relay so you will need to replace it if faulty. You can check it with the black relay beside the blue one. Take out the blue one and put the black one in its place start up and try it for charging. Only use the black one as a trial put it back and buy a blue one if needed. Cheer's

Shouldn't be a problem, they were essentially the same truck. Isuzu didn't change anything until 01 I believe.
