The first step is to check your fuse. Go to your fuse box and look on the lid. The lid to the box should tell you what fuse belongs to the blower. Thats a good place to start.

On idle the engine warms but no heat out of heater. Had system purged and no air. This is a 2010 Nissan xterra

The heater control valve could be stuck in the closed position. You say that you have no air. Are you saying there is no air coming out of the vents or no Air Conditioning? If you have no air coming out of the vents and you don't hear the fan, could be a fuse to the fan is shot or maybe your switch is not working. If the fan is not working and your driving and your car is up to operating temp. you should feel some heat coming out of the vents or defrosters. The chances of your heater core being plugged up could happen if someone used some kind of stop leak in the radiator and didn't follow the directions. Well that should have you confused enough.

When i stop the car the air in the car get hot but when i'm moving the air runs good. What could be the problem

Have your a/c condensor fan check out, sit in back of the radiator, fan should always be on when a/c is on to reduce the freon pressure in the condensor or a/c will not get cold till air goes through the condensor while driving down the road, no air blows through at stop light because fan not working so a/c will not work right.
