That is an anti theft nut, you have to have a special wrench. You should be able to get one from the dealer

SOURCE: Wheel nut PCD

Most of the on-line purveyors of rubber have a search feature that will show you the selection of tires and aftermarket wheels available for your ride.
Judging from your spelling of 'tires' <grin> you must come from a more civilized part of the world, so this link is only for reference purposes, shipping costs would be a deal killer:

SOURCE: What are the proper lug nuts to use on my 97 rodeo with 16" wheel

the lugs should have a flat washer and a spring washer the lug should have a long cylinder shape on one end that is tapered to tighten up the wheel the washers hold the plastic hubs in place you might try a wrecking yard or a dealer for them

SOURCE: lost locking weel nut with a puncture how do i change it???

You could try using vice-grips, if the nut is not too tight.

This might do a bit of damage to the nut, but you can easily purchase a new nut once you have the tire changed.

SOURCE: cannot find tool to loosen front wheel bearing lock nut

I have a 1995 Geo Tracker 4WD with the same exact problem,However I did some research . You will need to go to the Kent Moore Website which makes specialty tools and look up Wheel bearing socket "J-37763" I saw the picture of it and it looks like there are 4 small rounded teeth/tabs. Unfortunately get ready to spend some money - cost is about $70.00 not including shipping/handling
I hope that this Info. helps - Jim H.

How do I change a tire on 2010 Routan?

place the hand brake on firmly--chock other wheels . loosen off the wheel nuts . jack the vehicle up finish removing the wheel nuts . pull the wheel of the studs . fit replacement spare wheel onto studs . do wheel nuts up as tight as possible . lower jack so that the wheel is on the ground . finish tightening the wheel nuts . Replace the jack and wrench in the boot along with the flat tyre . Take the flat tyre to a tyre shop for a puncture repair and have it fixed immediately. Most "people" leave the repair to a later time when they will need a spare that they do not have .The tyre change process is fully described in the owners hand book for your vehicle.

Camber adjust wheel alignment caster

if the strut comes up inside the mudguard into the engine compartment and there are 3 nuts around the hole the those 3 bolts are the ones which change the castor /camber/ . undo then , lift the car so that they go down inside the holes and turn then 1 space and refit . They are made in a elipse so by turning that plate around the top of the strut moves for alignment. I suggest that you have it done professionally as it will cost tyres if you get it wrong.

Rear wheel noise, wheel nuts tight, wheel loose

check which wheels you have against what you should have . Some holes in the wheel are tapered and will require a nut with a tapered face. Others are parallel and require a straight nut with a flat washer. Check that the holes in the wheel are not worn out of shape. If in doubt take it to a tyre shop and have them look at it as they have a range of nuts that will do the job or explain why the wheel cannot be repaired.

How do i remove the spare tyre off the rodeo

There should be 2 steel rods that you join together in your tool kit behind or under seat depending on cab style (near jack) using another handle or on some the wheel nut wrench for turning handle this goes in black plastic rectangular tube at rear of tub or tray and inserts into winch that holds up spare tyre, anti clockwise lowers. Some models with rear bumper bar may have round plug to take out first (left side)When tyre on ground make sure cable is loose (slack) so you can then get holding braket out of centre hole in rim.

How do i get my spair tire down?

hi this is normally done by using the tyre iron the thing that you use to undo the wheel nuts, as i do not know what model you have as you didn't say, i will tell you have to do it on a normal 4x4 open the trunk/boot, under a flap in the carpet at the rear end ( if pick up you will see it anyway no need to pick up carpet tap) there is a bolt head in the floor, use the tyre iron to undo this , as you undo it, the cage that holds the tyre under the vehicle drops down slowly till you get to a point that you can take the tyre out of the cage...hope that helps please rate and vote thanks

I need to change my tyre on mitsubishi space wagon and as a typical woman cannot find how to release spare from under car help please

I'm not sure about your car, but most have a thing sticking through the rear bumper. You stick your wheel wrench in that hole, and turn it counterclock wise to unwind the cable, and release the tire. Let me know if this isn't it, and i'll do some research.

Can't get flat tyre off BMW 530D 2003 model

Try spraying the lug holes with a lubricant and being very careful with the care properly supported slowly turn the wheel while hitting the back of the tire with a small sledge style hard rubber mallet. This should break the bond between rim and the face of the brake rotor.

Need to know how to change the fan clutch on a 2000 BMW 528i

You need the special tool that holds the water pump pulley while you undo (clockwise!) the main nut... which is 32mm. The tool is a long thin metal piece with two holes and a cutout for the round pulley. The holes hold the nuts to stop the pulley from spinning.
