If your ABS runs thru clean upon initial starting of the car and only turns on when the car has been put into motion,
You have a vibration occuring near the wheel speed sensors that is tripping the ABS system up.
Is there any howling noise while driving down the road ( like the howl the tires on a truck would make , but more subdued), and it goes away when you are driving down the road and turn one way or the other?

What usually happens is the bulb goes out, or falls out. Switch the fan speed to #2 position and wiggle the knob a little as you pull it straight off. It might fight you and you might have to use both hands, no joke. Once off take a look in the heater control and you'll see the little bugger. I think 1/4" vac line can squeeze onto the bulb to ease removal
