It has a transmission code in the tcm. First you need to have it scanned. The transmission uses the o/d off light like the engine uses the check engine light.

Count blinks should be some blinks first number pause followed by more blinking second number this is your code. The best way to reset light is to have autozone scan it then reset light

When the lights are on the turn signal blinks rapidly when the lights are off the signal blinks normal

Check to make sure the correct bulbs are in the sockets and as Karl said check the grounds. An incorrect bulb can make one blink faster and a bad ground can cause one to blink that way.

Toyota Echo 2003 SRS light with ABS light blinking instead of Seat Belt Light

When you sit in the seat and put the seat belt on does everything work ok . If so look to the fact that you are required to wear a seat belt and the fact that you are not might be the problem.

Car almost didnt start then s light blinked the

Hi,

The 'S' light is also your diagnostic indicator....so, the answer lies in the 'sequence' which the S light blinks.

Codes:

Long blinks: 1st digit
short blinks: 2nd digit

e.g.1 - if there are 6 short blinks (followed by long pause) then repeats 6 blinks again, the code = 6.

e.g.2 - if there is 1 long blink, then 4 short blinks (followed by long pause) then repeats again, the code = 14.

The ECU may show more more than one code.

Once you determine the correct code/s, post them here so someone can assist you further.

Cheers,
