I can't read your whole post but I'll bet you have a bad ignition switch. Not the Ignition lock Cylinder( even though the key won't come out) there is circuit of the ignition switch that goes bad that causes the key not to come out of the lock cylinder and it also causes the transmission to stick in 3rd gear. But please repost so I can read your whole problem.

Could be a problem with the anti-theft system, the neutral safety switch, the key switch, or the actual starter.

2003 gmc yukon died now the ignition is locked

Sometimes on GM vehicles, the anti theft system can fail. This causes the car to stall and can lock the ignition to prevent theft. If you see a light on the dash that says "security". Then this is your problem. Info and solutions on this site.

My 2007 GMC Yukon has locked itself 3X once with

locks have so many key positions but on a popular vehicle this can happen where they have the same key indentations ,but yopu friend couldnt start your car as it has a chipped key ,but years ago in the car rental we had two fiat puntos parked in the same car park in torrevieja and they got taken by the wrong persons so we had to drive around and find the houses and get the cars back and swop them over .but this was before chipped keys ,also had it with two ford fiestas in benidorm as well

Battery discharge and my car can not shift from park to reeverse

ok, this question is vey brief and does not ask specific enough, but i will assist with it

if the battery is discharged, then you will not be able to move it out of park, this is due to a shift lock solenoid that is being incorporated into cars now.
it came about by kids jumping into the front seat starting the car and putting it into reverse

now it requires the igntion on, but the brake pedal pressed as well.

now the the ignition on is a problem if the battery is discharged, becasue the shift lock solenoid is not receiving this input and therefore you are stuck in park

there is a shift lock solenoid overirde on some cars, but i dont belive there is one on yours

battery discharged, whether it was caused by leaving the lights on, a faulty battery, or an faulty charging system(alternator) is a guess

i hope this helps

I parked my yukon as usual. Now the ignition

you have a lock cylinder malfunction. you can replce the lock cylinder or take it to a lock smith instead of the dealer (dealer cost big bucks for a simple problem like this)

The key to the ignition won't turn and I can't turn my car on

Stupid question but have you parked with the steering turned hard on way

Have you tried rocking the steering wheel left to right as you wiggle the key in the ignition

The ignition won't turn for a 2003 gmc yukon denali

make sure the wheels are straight.. if you park them with them turned to one side the steering column is under a bind.... if they are turned all the way to the right you will for example have to turn it a little to the left to release pressure as you turn the key...
