Charging System Problems

I have a 1994 Toyota 4x4 Pickup with a 22re engine. I was recently broke down with a dead battery and was sure I had a bad alternator. I bough a new alternator and still had the same problems. Had both the new alternator and the one I thought was bad tested and both alternators passed with flying colors. I checked my wiring harnes and traced the wires to look for defects or broken or loose connections: none were found. Ive checked all my fuses, all ground connections and my battery is good but still will not charge.... when I start the engine and turn on lights, heater etc, the voltage drops rapidly. HELP.......

1994 toyota pickup rattles at low speeds (~15-19 mph).

Check for loose heat shields the cover the exhaust. I find this is the source of many rattles. They are made of sheet metal and if they are not clip or tightened down the low vibration frequency when the car is running at slow speed will cause them the hit the exhaust pipe/ front mainfold.

1994 toyota 4x4 22re loses power when you push gas pedal or going up hill and the valves start to rattle then

I suspect your ignition timing is too advanced and the rattling sound is actually detonation (VERY VERY bad for your engine). Have your ignition timing set and your valves adjusted.

Need diagram of fuel injection for 85 4x4 22re

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak somewhere. There may be a stop adjustment on the throttle body, but usually high idles are due to unmetered air entering the system.

1994 toyota 22re 4x4 pickup fuel injector wiring diagram

the color of the plastic plug does not matter... You will have two injector plugs with white/red and yellow wires - those two go to cyl#'s 1 and 3.
the other two plugs will have white and blur wires.. those two plugs go to injectors # 2 and 4.
